Refund and Cancellation

  1. Two different thresholds for the same clause. The Delivery Policy says ₹499; the Return Policy says ₹369. Identical sentence, different number. One is wrong, and a customer who spots it has a live argument against you.
  2. The numbered list starts at 3. “3. Normal Delivery” appears with no items 1 or 2. Either the earlier delivery tiers were deleted, and this one was left behind, or the numbering is simply broken. If express and scheduled tiers exist, restore them; if not, remove the number.
  3. “The delivery changes are mentioned on the website at the checkout page” → “charges”, not “changes”.
  4. “Refund from our end will be processed within 3 working days” → “will be processed”. The same sentence is correct in the Delivery Policy and broken in the Return Policy, which confirms it is a copy-paste.
  5. “We are delivering to all pin codes of all over Kolkata in local” → rewrite. “We deliver to all Kolkata pin codes.”
  6. “Goods once supplied are not returnable, neither they are exchangeable” → “Goods once supplied are neither returnable nor exchangeable.”
  7. Phone number 8100916874 appears only on this page and nowhere else on the site. Confirm it is live and monitored, or replace it with a number from the Contact page.
  8. Confirm scope. These policies describe checkout pages, order acceptance and payment gateways. Confirm whether they govern the kcgr.in Sales page or were lifted from edenthestore.in. If they were lifted, they need rewriting for the correct business, not just correcting.
